Case Examples

CHAINGE provided practical advice and support on behalf of CIPS to a US based port services company on the development and implementation of its functional capability in procurement and supply chain management. This included the development of a fit-for purpose operating model and a standard policy and set of processes.

CHAINGE provided detailed guidance to a National Health Department in Africa on significant key improvements to its operating model and sources of value from systems enablement. 

CHAINGE provided specific guidance to an educational institute in Ukraine on improvements to the design of its operating model.

As part of conducting functional assessments on behalf of CIPS, CHAINGE advised clients from various sectors and  countries on improvements to their operating models.

Prior to the formation of CHAINGE, the Managing Director implemented use of reverse auctions, a spend data warehouse, and  a web-based requisitioning/ ordering front end to ERP systems to enable more effective procurement processes.
