Virtual Workshops

A set of 7 distinct key modules that provide practical, focused and cost-effective support to clients' procurement improvement journeys.

FUNDAMENTAL MODULES

 

1. Procurement Operating Model and Process Framework – introductory module on how to effectively structure and operate the function. 1 x 1.5 hour session (1.5 hours total). 

 

2. Operational Procurement and Digital Enablement – how systems can enable effective sourcing, purchase-to-pay, contract management, and supply chain management. 1 x 1.5 hour session (1.5 hours total). 

 

COMMERCIAL MODULES


3. Unlocking Supply Sources of Value – challenge and guidance on identifying, assessing, and capturing a broad range of potential sources of value. 1 x 1.5 hour session. (1.5 hours total). 


4. Managing Supply Risks – a structured cyclical approach for identifying, assessing, prioritising, mitigating, and monitoring supply risks. 1 x 2 hour session (2 hours total).  

 

STRATEGIC MODULES


5. Development of Category Strategies and Plans – a strategic approach based on a deep understanding of supply markets brought to the business drivers on the demand side. 1 x 2 hour session. (2 hours total). 


6. Programmatic Approach to Professional Development– proactively driving personal development, effectively informed by application of competency frameworks. 1 x 1.5 hour session. (1.5 hours total). 


7. Transformation of Procurement and Supply Management – how to develop and implement a successful multi-year functional transformation programme. 1 x 2 hour session. (2 hours total).
