Case Examples

 

Prior to the formation of CHAINGE, the Managing Director led the development and delivery of the Procurement Capability Accelerator for BP. In 2006, this won the People Category of the Annual Institute for Supply Management (ISM) Awards.

 

CHAINGE conducted technical skills interviews and gap analyses on behalf of the Chartered Institute for Procurement and Supply (CIPS) for a major utility company.

CHAINGE introduced a comprehensive competency framework to the supply-side members of a Health Department in Africa, and used this framework to conduct skills gap analyses which then informed its prioritised professional development programme. Key components of this programme were then delivered through on-line coaching/ training.

CHAINGE provided on-line training on the "Procurement Cycle and Contract Management" to members of an engineering services company in Nigeria.

CHAINGE provided guidance to clients in the US, Eastern Europe and Africa on the steps necessary to develop and deploy an effective end-to-end professional development process.

 

CHAINGE supported the downstream Procurement function of a major International Oil Company in embedding risk management as a sustainable capability. This involved training Risk Champions and conducting workshops with Procurement teams in Fuels and Lubricants in Europe, ASPAC, and Africa.

 

CHAINGE facilitated a workshop and co-led a Panel on Supply Chain Risk Management at a conference focused on this topic.
