Keith Crichton 
Managing Director

Keith formed CHAINGE in 2011.  He is a business-to-business professional with 40 years procurement, trading and marketing experience. Before establishing CHAINGE in 2011, he spent 12 years leading various aspects of procurement transformation within BP, culminating in membership of the 4-person Group Procurement Leadership team. His achievements included the development of functional capability as Head of Procurement of BP’s Alternative Energy and Shipping divisions,  the formation of BP’s International Procurement Office in China, and the design/implementation of the “Capability Accelerator” which won the People category of the 2006 ISM Richter Awards.

Keith has worked for a range of international clients across manufacturing, marketing, utilities, construction, transportation, energy, chemicals, public infrastructure, development aid, and financial, legal & professional services on assignments throughout Europe, ASPAC, Africa and the Americas.

 

He holds an MBA (with Distinction) from INSEAD and an MA (with Hons) in Mathematics/ Management Science from Cambridge University.

 

He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply.

Helen Berezina
Transformation
Projects Lead

Based in Zurich, Helen specialises in Procurement transformation and business change project management, with a combined 20 years of experience in the petrochemicals, FMCG, finance and banking sectors.
 
She has a foundation of commercial and business management skills, built across a range of programme and project management, business development, procurement and supply chain roles. Helen has held a range of positions with BP in the US, UK, and China, a finance / asset management advisory firm, SABMiller plc, and Credit Suisse in Switzerland. Helen´s areas of expertise include PSCM strategy development, contracting and sourcing processes, procurement functional transformation initiatives, as well as business and IT change management projects.   
 
​Helen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University and an Executive MBA from INSEAD.

Hilary is an international keynote speaker, trainer and mentor. She is also the principal consultant of Wilson Associates Limited, the UK based career development consultancy she founded in 1989. 

 

During this time Hilary has worked with over 65 FTSE 100 companies, designed and delivered some 3000 bespoke leadership development programmes and facilitated over 5000 hours of coaching.

 

Hilary brings expertise in leadership development through the design and execution of one-to-one coaching and class training sessions, with particular focus on effective stakeholder engagement and the powerful delivery of results.

 

Yevgeny Kohnenko
Ukraine Public Procurement Specialist

John is a consultant in technology commercialisation covering corporate venturing, procurement, licensing, and other disciplines that bring a commercial reality to technology. John’s expertise was developed through a 30-year international career in BP in which he held key positions across the technology value chain from strategy development and R&D through to procurement, sales, marketing, and business management. 

John’s most recent role was Director Venturing for BP Alternative Energy with responsibility for market scanning through to investment and Board level representation in disruptive early stage technology companies. Several of the ventures benefitted from his deep knowledge of the licensing business model and how to build sustainable IP advantage. . 

 

John is respected as a clear communicator and for his professional, cross-functional approach. He is a Chartered Chemist, Member of the Royal Society of Chemistry and holds a BSc in Environmental Chemistry, a PhD in Organic Chemistry, both from the University of Edinburgh, and an MBA from the Open University.

Based in Kyiv, Yevgeny has 8 years of experience in consulting suppliers of fuel, construction, and various goods that participate in public procurement tenders in Ukraine. 

 

He also has experience in organising and conducting procurement for state companies in Ukraine from the clients' side. He organised and managed changes in the procurement process for a state enterprise in the aviation industry.


He holds a certificate of authorisation, which is a necessary document for procurement professionals officially authorised to conduct public procurement procedures. 


Yevgeny holds a Master's degree in Law from the Ukrainian Classical Private University.
